Shipping Policy

 

When placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight- based. The weight of any item can be found on product page detail.

Return Policy

 

You may return most new unopened items within 5 days of the delivery for a full return or store credit. We will cover the cost of the return shipping cost if the return item is a result of our error or a defective item.

All items on the sale category are not available for return. Sale items are considered a final transaction and all sales are final.

Once the package is given to the return shipper you could expect to receive your refund with 1 week, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on special items over 10 days old and no returns without RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Making a change to order 

You may request to change an order provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email us during business hours to make a change to your order.
